City Centre Library
The City Centre Library is not only a place to borrow books (you can set up an account and borrow books free of charge) but it's also host to many other programs and services. There's always lots going on for kids at Surrey Libraries. Children can enjoy Storytimes and other special Library programs (some are drop in, some require registration)
